WHAT IS PHYSIO FITNESS?

Physio Fitness was established in 2007 in Hampstead. In 2009 a new venue was taken on in Finchley and these two sites are now both offering an excellent physiotherapy service.

It is staffed by a team of professionally qualified physiotherapists that specialise in a range of conditions. We also have an experienced sports massage therapist who works closely with our team of physiotherapists.

Both Hampstead and Finchley offer free parking facilities.

At Physio Fitness we work closely with GP’s, consultants and other health professionals to ensure that the optimum care of the patient is achieved.

At our Hampstead site in the UCS active gym we also offer a service where we work together alongside the resident personal trainers, pilates and swimming instructors to plan a tailored rehabilitation programme to suit each patients needs.

Our Finchley location is based in a GP surgery and is fully equipped with a large treatment room and it’s own private waiting area just for our patients.

All our physiotherapists are Chartered and registered with the Health Professions Council and have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience.

Physio Fitness (Hampstead) - Mon- Fri 1pm- 8:30pm, Sat 9am-4pm

Physio Fitness (Finchley) - Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am to 12pm 

Physio Fitness (Hampstead) - Sports Massage Sunday 9am - 3pm

We will do our utmost to make ourselves available at all times wherever possible.

CHARGES

The initial consultation is 30 minutes and costs from £45.
All subsequent appointments are also 30 minutes and cost from £45.
Domiciliary visits cost £75 for 30 minutes (within the Hampstead and surrounding area). Price may vary for longer sessions and distance travelled.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.

Sports Massage for 60 minutes is £65.

Sports Massage for 30 minutes is £35.

HEALTH INSURANCE

All our physiotherapists are state registered and recognised by all UK health insurance companies. We advise all insured patients to contact their medical insurance company prior to an initial appointment, to ensure that they have the appropriate level and type of cover. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient health insurance cover for all their sessions. You will need to inform the practitioner from the outset if you are claiming through health insurance. Some health insurances may not re-imburse the patient the full fee for the session if claimed back afterwards. We will not take responsibility for this. If the treatment has been pre-authorised then the account can be finalised directly with the health insurer.
