PHYSIO FITNESS has some good news for all of you who love sport and exercise!

We’re very excited to announce the arrival of a skilled new therapist to our team, Monika Bhika. Monika will be offering a NEW SPORTS MASSAGE SERVICE starting on the 6th June 2010!

Monika is trained to perform deep tissue massage, trigger point release and muscle energy techniques. She will be able to ease away all the tension of your busy lifestyles or settle down any sports related injuries or muscle soreness. She will be working very closely with our team of experienced sports physiotherapists to provide the optimum level of care for you.

We are offering a promotional reduced rate to all UCS Active members of £60 (normal price £65). To book an appointment with Monika, our on site sports and remedial massage therapist, please call 020 7183 4436. She will be working every Sunday from 9 am until 2pm.
